Do you ever think why Delhi reacted so aggressively against this gang rape? There is a sense of despair and frustrated in the society accumulated over a long time. They want a change. In the next Delhi assembly elections, you will see the mandate. Some BJP sympathizers think that BJP will get the negative votes and win the election as they did in the past. Not this time. Delhiites have a 3rd option which is far better and cleaner.
At least Arvind Kejriwal’s party has a vision of reforms. They want to change the entire political system. I will be more than happy if they deliver even half of what they are talking. At least we have someone who can dare to point the fingers towards the most corrupt personalities. I think Delhi will give them a chance to proof themselves and if successful, they will give a new direction to the nation.

That's the beauty of being in power. MMS read a one minute script, not sure if he knew what the matter was while he was reading. He is 79. Sheila Dixit is 75. What vision (blurred) they have for the country? Sheila Dixit made a insensitive statement after the incident, saying that woman should not go out after 9 pm. Worst was Kejriwal and Ramdev appeared suddenly giving a political dimension to the non political agitation.
Correct – the non political agitation was also adulterated by ABVP who was more keenly displaying their play cards from day 2 onwards. It may be their desperation after losing the DU election miserable in Sept. and trying to take some advantage of this mishap. Shame on all political parties.
I have known KumarM to be a Kongi sympathiser but now Delhite has joined. May be he is reincarnation of Puttoo, a paid agent. Now Puttoo has been discredited, he seems to be in his new avatar.
Vajpayee acted in a very stupid manner (Similar to Jawahar) in his quest for Noble Peace prize and fall in trap of much smarter Musharraf. Further, when he got the power, he failed to utilize it like Obama did. All he should have done was to befriend MSM, distribute wealth amongst unemployed and unemployable, bribing people of UP and Bihar to win next general election. Instead he concentrated on economic development. He put up the scheme of 7,000 KM road network. Nobody told him that such projects accrue benefits after 5 years. The benefit went to moron MMS. Lol! Vajpayee is a drunkard who became PM by chance.
I feel pity on you that you think I am a Congress sympathizer. Read KumarM’s opinion once again and see where you find him a Congress sympathizer. If you don’t understand, please take someone’s help to understand.
It is amusing how people want to stay inside their cocoons and think that it is whole world. They are so conditioned that don’t want to see the light. I have few friends who used to go to morning drills/physical exercise classes in Delhi organized by RSS and their mind conditioned to that stream. They never accept any healthy criticism of old Jansang/new BJP. Their world starts with BJP and ends with it.
On the other side, I also have few friends who’s parents associated with Congress party and members of Nehru/Gandhi dynasty are their deities. They also belong to the same breed as above – just a different flavor.
Both are responsible to bring the Nation to its present condition. I will say Congress is more responsible as they were in power for most of the time and promoted most of corruption in the society as well as in politics. BJP couldn’t find much opportunity so they may be slightly less corrupt. After Laxman Bargaru and Nitin Gadhari’s episodes, they can’t claim to be a clean party any more.

You said it all. Feel pity on these narrow minded, jingoistics. If ever they produced a leader it was AB Vajpayi. Other than that, these Congressmen, BJP, MNS, etc. are moulded by the same clay.
I think on the same lines as you do, and presented my views in the other post as well (Idiot Indians....). Let's bring Kejriwal for once.
Hit the nail where it belongs.
Back to the Delhi incident, why nobody in the media talks about the employers of the bus crew who were involved in the crime?
In passing reference, it was mentioned in The Hindu that the bus was painted as Yadav Travels like 100s running on Delhi streets.
Can anyone run a private bus transport without political or bureaucrat's patronage?
How is it that the bus crew "suddenly" became criminals?
Do they not have a previous history?
How is it that the criminals (the bus crew) were not afraid of the proprietor?
Were they confident that they enjoyed the proprietor's patronage and that he will come to their rescue?
Are we sure that the proprietor himself did not engage himself from such adventures, which motivated his employees themselves to emulate him?

No reaction from the Prince. Puttoo asked a question “What could have MMS and Sonia done?” There are so many Kangress sympathizers who cannot comprehend or think of actions and gestures that could have been made.Morally corrupt and compromised MMS/Sonia could have done nothing. The PM in waiting could have joined the peaceful protestors, fasted along with them and demanded immediate action. He could have taken a lead / initiative for drafting legislations, revamping police recruitment and training, setting up of fast track courts and host of other measures. However, for 7 days, none of the Kangress leaders gave any reaction. MMS/Sonia are morally corrupt. Look at their spokes person; Abhishek Manu Singhvi raped a female judge and the entire episode was shown on TV via leaked tapes. Such a person can be spokesman for morally corrupt MMS only.
Our ex chief justice of supreme court G.Balakrishna who owed his elevation to his categorization as SC/ST, had suggested that a girl who is raped should be married to rapist. Such morons rule India. Supreme court, on a drop of hat, issues orders on PIL, some times Suo Moto. But in this case, it has been silent. The SC has relentlessly pursued and punished Modi but for Sheila Dixit they have done nothing.
The gruesome rape in Delhi has focused nation’s attention on Delhi. However goonda raj of young and foreign educated (as projected by MSM. Lol!) Yadav clan in UP is more horrific. Rape, loot, killing and extortion is rampant in UP. I have already put a thread on CD site. The supreme court, our morally tall (According to some CD members) PM, MSM (likes of Burkha, Vir Singhvi, ) and white Goddess Sonia have done nothing.
When a nation loses its cultural moorings, drift is inevitable. Jawahar did everything to loosen the moorings and decay did the rest. Feeble voiced Chaprasi MMS gave the last push.
India again needs a leader who is intelligent, honest, firm, experienced and capable of ruling. Only Gujarat can provide that. Kejriwal is a lounge chair critic who cannot assemble 500 guys without help of MSM. He has no organization, no ideology or experience to run a state. He is the guy who will run candidates in all the metro cities, take money from Kangress and ensure defeat of BJP candidates. He is a Manchurian Candidate of India.
I am convinced Kangress with 25% of popular votes would win that next general election. The Prince would be installed as PM with support of Mulayam, Pawar, Nitish. If there is a shortfall, CBI would ensure the gap is bridged.
I do not think Indians are more stupid than people in other countries. I believe that about 10% of people are intelligent and they rule over the others. It is true regardless race, religion or nationality. So Indians are as stupid or as smart like any other nation. Look how Obama got back. Would you say Americans are stupid?
