There is not a single source like what we have in Canada, however there are several such websites having business listings

BizBuySell www.bizbuysell.com

Businesses For Sale www.businessesforsale.com

And quite often for specific business type there are websites like motelindustry.com

USA is a perfect place to invest in businesses right now ...

We acquired two-three properties (non-residential) recently at very reasonable price with good returned and looking to get into more deals.

What we are looking for is either partners or investors:
1. U should have min Cash close to 300k
Or
2. U should have excellent credit
