US policy is responsible for all the terrorist attacks . Why US is finguring in Afghanistan , Iraq , Iran , N. Korea , Indo-Pak .etc.. etc.. .
Very sorry for the people of USA but thier government is responsible for it . North America is peaceful continent and far away from europe , & burning asia . But still USA is finguring in all these countries . Why you take their trouble on your head ? Let those countries to fight with each other . You just enjoy your prosperity and peace.

US policy is to retaliate against ideologies that fly planes into their buildings. Otherwise, countries like US and Canada would become sharia ruled societies which would result in a situation where you and your family would be unable to migrate and enjoy liberties such as expressing your opinion on CanadianDesi. :)

Answer me who create Osama ? Who create Taliban ?
Its USA 's finguring policy who want to be cop of the world , extract oil wealth from oil rich countries, create tension / conflict between those countries and sell US weapons to them . There is growing anger in middle eastern people against USA as they believe that USA is supporting puppet governments in oil rich countries and specially " sharia " rule country saudia .

USA is well developed country with rich resource of oil , minerals and sound agriculture output . I dont understand why USA spending its tax payer's money to fingure in matters which are not directly relate to them ?

It all started in 1971 when USA unilaterally cancelled the direct convertibility of the dollar to gold and 'persuaded' Saudi sell oil only in US dollars.
Until 15th August 1971, the US dollar was backed by gold. The US was fighting the Vietnam war and spent all the gold paying for the war. Nixon broke the link between the dollar and gold because they couldn't pay the bills in gold any more, they didn't have any.
The dollar was then simply being printed, unbacked by anything. This increases the supply of dollars and the value falls massively. Huge inflation.
1972-3 Nixon or someone went to the Saudis and "persuaded" them somehow to remain only US dollars in return for oil. No idea what they promised, but it was big. From that point, the US dollar is pretty much backed by OPEC oil. It was denominated in dollars before, but the dollar had been backed by gold, so basically the oil price was based on gold. Not so after 1971.
So. All oil all over the world has to be bought in US dollars... The demand for US dollars (not gold) rockets, all the central banks across the world have to keep reserves on hand so the countries can buy oil. Billions of them. Trillions in total.
Do you see what this does? It does 2 things.
1: America gets paid first for any oil which other countries want to buy. They have to get the requisite number of dollars. And they get paid simply for running a printing press.
2: It allows the USA to print and $

Really? It all started in 1971? What happened before that - did everyone mind their own business? Way to oversimplify...

I for one am glad that America is "finguring" in countries like Afghanistan, Pakistan, NK etc. They don't always get it right, but it is still a 100 times better than China, Russia or some nutcase in the middle east doing the same (which they will if they're not scared of a greater power)

Are you there?

Well said, BL. I am also glad that US is "finguring" in these countries.

Otherwise one day we would have woken up with funny fanatic ideologies being forced down upon us by hook or by crook. There would be no freedom of speech or religion anymore.

Some CD members have typical Pakistani mind set. People from Nation of beggars live on charity and generosity of USA but still blame it for its problems. These people from Nation of beggars forget that they had problems much before Afghan occupation by USSR and subsequent talibanization with USA money. The fact is that the people of Nation of beggars have a very antiquated and 7th century mentality . They treated dark skinned Bangladesh people with contempt and as slaves and hence they separated. It is sad that Islamic population of India/Pakistan?bangladesh have yet not recognized that they have "Indian" heritage and superior Islamic people of Arab and Turkish descent do not gave damn to their shared faith. For them, the subcontinent people are still slaves. I would never be proud to acknowledge that my ancestor invaded India, raped my great , great, great grandmother, converted her forcibly and I ma proud of that heritage. However, Indian subcontinent people (of all the faiths) are strange animals. Their quest for knowledge is confined to what their preachers say. They have never attempted to make any independent inquiry. They are destined to be slaves and mules.
