If you wife agrees, it can be very simple. They used to advertise for $ 200 (in 2007).
However, if your wife does not agree and you have a child and she is asking for alimony, you are pretty much will be made a begger.

on a serious note, I would not worry about bringing your sweetheart to Canada, without resolving the existing marriage first.
I shudder to imagine what would happen if the wife and girlfriend crossed paths.

I know I have to resolve existing marriage. She is willing to get divorce.But I would like to know procedure for divorce. she has no income in Canada. I have also have low income yet.How long will it get for that process. I would like to know procedure for divorce process.
Since how long have you been living in Canada?
Immigration is cracking down on fake marriages. So if it has been not too long since you have immigrated to Canada, your file may attract further scrutiny.
I don't know for sure but that's the concern I would have if I were in your place(assuming you immigrated recently).
