I want to apply for citizenship after completing my days. does having extra days benefit in processing

you can apply the day you complete 3 years stay in Canada for citizenship.
for example you came to canada on Jan 01, '2011 as PR and you did not go out of canada then you can apply on Jan 01, '2014 for citizenship.
Apply once you have completed 1095 days.
Do your home work well.
4 years back history is not really a hassle. Open the passport, see the stamps, recall your visits and make a chart for your record also to know the exact days you lived in Canada. It takes few hours but it is required to do that home work. Do not try to claim the days you are not in Canada by other means. Then it will be a smooth affair normally without delays/issues.

Infact, CIC has improved the processing timings. I got citizenship within 8 months. My friend within same time. Your processing will be delayed if you don't submit all the required documents. Use Online Citizenship calculator for counting your days and trips.
