Can someone share the exact location of "begumpura" (colony of wives) in Mississauga. I have heard that there are certain neighbourhoods in Mississauga occupied by wives whose husbands works in Middle East.

There isn't really such a place, The square one of mississauga is sometime referred as Begumpura.
Why, men who work in abroad found the area safe to leave their wife and kids as the area has
- a lot of Condominiums,
- high rise apartments,
- Square one Shopping mall and desi groceries,
- a lot of middle east expats even significant arab population
- close to the Bus Central station,
- connection to Downtown to Go bus and Go train (Cooksville).
- YMCA
- Valley community center.
- Generally free from crime and makes it safer for the kids.
Try youtube and search, you might find a documentary CBC or some other TV channel made.

Most of the condo's in Webb drive has these kind of people that you are looking for but (as in 2011), there were not much and many of these ladies were with spouses.
But Webb drive is such a peaceful place. You can try in that area. Avoid Hurontario street (for the sale of cheap prices).

There are multiple reasons for this occurring and it is delved deeper by the reporter as the story progresses and it might just be a wake up call for the Canadian Government to provide suitable openings to Immigrants and also providing them with a recognition to their educational qualifications here in Canada and also many other issues that have been shoved under the carpets hoping that they will go away, some how!
