TV channels are reporting that the Delhi AAP MLAs are pressurizing Kejriwal to stake claim AGAIN to form the govt., with the help of Congress. Looks like he has not learnt his lesson. None of the AAPs have, I guess. They want power somehow, now, after the poll debacle. Will he get slapped again few more times in Delhi? May be.
Did he get his deposit in Varanasi?
Another example of media rumor.

AAP is simply lusting for power now just like other mainstream political parties, though to be fair to other parties, they have never said that they are not after power. Very reluctantly AAP formed the government in Delhi and then ran away at the first oppurtunity because they had their sights set on the Lok Sabha elections. If I remember correctly just a few months back they were the ones who had petitioned the Supreme Court to dissolve the Delhi assembly and order re-elections. Now suddenly after the Lok Sabha drubbing they realize that there is no way they are going to get re-elected in the Delhi assembly elections and hence their MLAs are now almost begging for support so that they can again form government in Delhi. So whatever happened to their demand of re-elections?
Just listen to what AAP's Rohini MLA is saying: The party should consider forming the government so that people may benefit from the move. Really?? They want to form the government for the benefit of the people....LOL!! Did they also resign for the benefit of the people?
AAP is an excellent party as an oppostion because they are experts in dharnas but as a ruling party they are ZERO.

I hope AAP gets to govern Delhi for the next four five years. That way people will come to know more about them, both the good and especially the bad.
Good point. In hindsight, it is pretty clear that the 49 day fiasco helped BJP. People of Delhi saw right through the drama and nobody was in the mood to see more of it. There's enough talkers in Indian politics already, the need is for doers.
Remember the "Occupy" movements? How they spread like wildfire and were supposed to change the world? Nobody even talks about them anymore. This feels just like that and under the current lack of structure and weak leadership, AAP will meet the same fate. They really need to emerge from their anarchist approach and establish something credible and action oriented minus all the drama.

Actually, this mother-son duo need to stick around. Looks like they will help bury the Congress that already has no pulse.
