RBO here are some good and well recommended roofers . I have not used them personally but once I did some research for one of the friends who was in need of roofing
1.Cherry and Clark ( Most recommended )
2. George Kent
3. Alpine roofing .

Also if you want to familiarize with most aspects of roofing go through this thread

Thanks a million Gurram and AG,

I am going to contact them very soon.

I contacted my insurance company about roof shingles flown out due to heavy wind storm on last week.

Insurance company send person to check it out and he confirmed that front west and south side of roof has damaged due to wind storm.

now this is situation,

I have $1000 deductible and person who came behalf of insurance company told me that total damage on roof is around $1000 and rest of roof (north and east side) is normal wear and tear of roof and won't cover the cost of complete roof replacement.

I got estimate from same person and told me that to do whole roof will cost around $2800.

Insurance agent was trying to convince me that i should not go for claim and do roof my own pay from pocket.

Question - is it normal that insurance company covers only damage parts of roof and not complete roof? obviousely whole roof is part of damage roof.

Still confused that how to deal with insurance company to claim for complete roof instead or roof portion only.

Regards

Hi Ritesh,
I too am shopping around for roofing contractors, and have obtained some quotes .
What material is the quote for $ 2800?
