Anybody knows an inexpensive dentist in Surrey? Blood comes out of teeth. I neede to test my gums. Any idea how much it will cost?

There is a website called rate mymd - where you can search for doctors based on speciality and location. Go by positive number of total reviews and comments.
It is my opinion that all dentists charge a similar fee. There will be first visit charges - for x-rays etc. Factor that in. There are many quacks out there. Go for a good doctor. A cheap doctor may do a shoddy job - which will cost you more in terms of follow-up and loss of pay etc. - if you have to take leave.

If there is a dental university in your location look at their website.
For educational purposes, they might do it for free or just charge a very small amount. Students will be assisted by experienced faculty (not bozo's like India).
