Sorry FH.
The only reason I donot say 'Thanks' to you or anyone else is that they will say that I am posting one liners to increase my count of postings and also if everyone says Thanks, then charcha will get cluttered.
What I can do is that I will write a general note of 'Thanks' in my signature so that it is understood.

Murali The Krishna.

Now that he has left your premises, change all of the locks and if possible install a Night Vision Camera around the perimeter to see if he will reappear for doing any mischief. From now on take care of your property and your children with utmost care and attention and never let them out of your sight.**

Yes Dear, Its only me.

FH,
I did too but I did not broadcast it. If you remember, Fido was one of the first person to discreetly highlight it on CD.

My wife had been a Hindi teacher before we came to Canada and I myself was "mukhya sampadak" for my school and college magazines and topped the class in Hindi subject. I have come across a lot of people, including adults, who were born and brought up outside of India and do not speak Hindi, who would like to learn to speak at the very least (some also want to learn to read and write).

I have thought about doing it from home, in a "kind of" classroom session. I do have some books too that my wife used as a primary school teacher, but it would be a more informal session (including watching a bollywood movie and trying to understand what the words and sentences mean).

Ofcourse it would be chargeable since anything provided free is not valued, but do not know what would be a reasonable charge.

What do you guys feel about it?

Chandreshbhai,

It is reallly a wonderful idea!

I am aware of a couple of people who offer math classes in their homes. They charge $20 per hour for group sessions and up to $35 an hour for one-on-one learning.
