Dimple, it's certainly waste to people residing in Other countries but it's invaluable to Canadian. Pl continue posting and help others. 
we hv to be positive and ignore some comments coz thy feel the post is not worth wasting time but thy wl waste time replying unnecessarily.

Kindly reconsider posting this job, it could be very useful to genuine job seekers who could be in dire need, and might not aware of this open position.
I don't know much about Windsor but a known IT consultant is reaping the upswing of uS dollars to do contracts across the bridge while paying paltry mortgage and car insurance too.

Posting Reality is NOT equivalentt to posting negativity.
Don't give false hopes & promises to gullible desis & new immigrants. We are saving their time, energy & money by telling them NOT to apply for these jobs.
Imagine some poor desi engineer from GTA would have actually travelled to Windsor to get this job, which is reserved for only GORAS, only to be told get lost , you DON'T have CDN experience & education.
So our negativity & pessimissm helped him, better than some false positivity.
Now if you know some security guard job, Tim Horton's job , factory/warehouse job, gas station job, Wal Mart job , please post it here , the desi engineer will definitely get that job & his desi doctor wife might be hired at the same time with him
..both of them will Thank You for the rest of their life.If possible help them out by buying safety shoes for them, they are more important than winter shoes in Canada, if you are a DESI
..Don't forget to give them accomodation in your basement for a few bucks less thanwhat they get outside..it will keep your rental properties going 
Adamthorat its time to come out from your sh##t hole not only physically but mentally too .
Don't try to measure everyone with same yard . As they say birds with the same feather flock together , your better place is to be in Chennai if you are already not there .
