There must be waterboarding, suffocating, eye for an eye, all this done before giving a slow & painful death.
Such slow that it works as a deterrence for all those who even dare to think of doing ng such thing again.
Patient needs the medicine now, its high time all Hunan rights guys thrown out to silence. Where are the rights of the girl who died. Are right only for trouble makers..

Absolutely wrong approach. Don't ask me as to why.

1) There are always innovative solutions, if one is sincere. A Pedophile in USA is not put in Gen. population for he will be killed. All Govt. has to do is to put rapist in gen. population in prison! That will solve the problem
2) Indian courts had been designed by womanizer Nehru in such a way that justice is not delivered. Added to that Indira ensured that courts are bogged down by land dispute and incometax cases.
3) Even if Modiji wants, it will take years to improve justice system in India
4) One good step that Modiji has taken is setting up of judicial commission for lessening chances of corruption in appointment of supreme Court judges
5) India has miles to go. Till then Dimapur, Nagaland style is the best solution, sadly.

If this doesn't hit the nail on its very head then what will?

I think government need to hire Few Active GAY in Prison
and these Gay's must treat rapist in same way what rapist do to victim.

instead of capital punishment--shame & pain will be better punishment I guess.

Follow due process of law, but enforce it strictly.

Otherwise, well done people. Keep the stereotype alive. I am sure there will be no collective price to pay.

I strongly believe, We need more strong punishment for rapist but death sentenced is not a solutions. - what if he/she was framed and later on find out that it was mistake. - life sentenced sounds good

About rape cases in India:

I love my country , we are not perfect but we are trying: I feel so bad when some western media try to portrait Onida as rape capital.

The US has more rape and more violence than India and it is not even a contest and that even takes into account the fact that all crimes or possible crimes are not reported. they should be the last people who should be commenting on violence.
