Hasni needs a car. So you may try to sell it to him.
On another note, advertize in Kijiji, Auto trader.
Browse and see the current worth of the car and put that price.
You are responsible for safety from a mechanic. The mechanic may require you to repair the car to minimum standards at your own cost before you can sell it.
The buyer is responsible for the HST and also getting the car checked by his mechanic (optional) to see if the price is right
So say you want to sell the car for $ 3600. You may have to pay $ 200 to $ 500 for safety certificate. The buyer will give you $ 3600 straight and will pay the HST to the MTO.
Before selling it, you have to register with Carfax which will say if your car was a lemon car or a genuine one and it will also have the record of each years milage so that it can be verified by the buyer.
Good luck.

Thanks for your help!
Make sure the guys who come for a TEST drive have a proper drivers license and insurance . Because lot of times your insurance is on the hook , if they take the car for a test drive & get into an accident.
Also make sure you always meet them during the day & atleast 1-2 other people are with you, when they show up.
Keep your cell phone handy for a 911 call , if something happens.
Some guy was just murdered by some guys & his car was stolen, when he tried to sell his car online..on KIJIJI.
Remember at the end of the day you are dealing with strangers ..so take all proper precautions from your side.
Certify the car & emission test the car for easy sale. But at the end of the day , tell them this sale is " As IS " ..What you see is what you get ..its a Full & Final sale ..if you have any issues or problems later on with the car , its your problem & NOT mine.
You don't want headaches later on . Try to go for a quick sale , don't waste your time with time wasters & be too rigid on your price ..as TIME is important ..if you get few bucks less for your car , say $ 500 - $ 600 less than what you wanted ..so be it ..go for a quick & fast sale.
Expect some people to come in late or not even show up , wasting your time .
People have NO manners & etiquette thesedays & don't value other people's time. So if you find a genuine buyer , don't haggle much & close the sale ASAP..lot of peace of mind for you & you get the monkey off your back , to focus on other things ..its not there on the back of your mind anymore.

Thanks adamthorat for your tips!
If you have a set of winter tires , sell them separately on kijiji.
Don't wait for anyone... Cash is king - who ever pays cash takes it first. If someone wishes you to hold the car for him , ask him for some caution money ..$200/- ..If he does not pay , don't hold the car for him.
Do not get the inspection done upfront -- some times buyers want to get it done themselves are willing to pay for it though this may work to your disadvantage if some problem comes up in the car. What perhaps can be done is - you can quote 2 price , one with inspection and the other one without ...This gives the buyer the option of buying a certified vehicle , but he pays for the emission / testing.
After you have sold the car , write up a document listing that you have sold the car to so and so person on date/time and get it signed by both (put DL # s also).... So that if he commits a crime after that or meets with an accident after that , you are not liable in any way.
Always take the payment in cash or certified cheque - get the certified cheque cashed or at least validated by the Bank before signing the transfer paper.
