BP,
HOw much is it in First Choice hair cut? and does the charge include Shampoo too?
Even in Philipinoe / Pakisthani hair cutting saloon, you just have to see if there is a chair free or not. Unless you have a very particular skilled way of your hair to be cut, it does not matter to which barber shop you go to.,

I m sure mcg wud be interested in getting his haircut by her soft chubby hands but the only problem is her husband (6 ft tall 200 pounds weight ) works with her in the saloon and I m certain that his hands are not as soft as her. :) Do u want her address n phone no. I would stay away from the hair cut business. (not that it is not very profitable but that it depends on underserved location)

Any business that is easy to do has already been taken over by other immigrants.

In all universities / colleges, there are students who do haircuts at $ 5 (Machine cutting). You canot get customers there.

At Dundas-Hurontario, there are many people cutting for $ 8 a cutting.

I used to cut with a Pakisthani in Dundas Huontario. It always used to be crowded (it was also a facial and eye brow spot). I paid $ 8 (in 2010) and the time spent on me was around 20 mins.

If somebody can watch how Gora's cut their hair and what their habits are, we can tap into a potential money spinning market as Gora males are not too much concerned about money. About Gori's, I am not sure, but in my office they always used to visit a hair cutter once in every 3 months and in my conversations with them, understood that there were many spots for Gori's to cut their hair.

It is a good business when you find an area which is underserved.

Murali.

where you guys get so cheap haircut ?

I always pay around $30.00 (incl $5 Tip ) each month for my haircut.

it included (hair cut + shampoo after cut & combing)

May be my selection of hair dresser is different - I don't go to Pakistani's or anyone Desi for my haircut ,
I like to go to beautiful young ladies hairdressers ;)

I am not sure but they do have 2 children a teenager and 2 yrs old lovely child. :) so the gay part is out. for that matter, I was wondering why qualified people have to come to Canada/USA or western countries to become a barber or a waiter.??
