We have no doubt about your sincerity and helpfulness towards CD members.

But - telling some one un fixed wages , may not elicit better talent ...

If you could portray something like an average expected compensation for an year , it could help you get more and better response .... perhaps people who are salaried may also come over.

Good initiative BP. Couldn't this be done by someone on a part time basis (20 hrs a week) ? I am sure that will spike interest in many people. That way they dont have to leave their full time job.

Someone has to have interest first and willing to go step forward - all options can be considered based on person's dedication ...

again, this is not just small tiny web project , there are people willing to work for $5 to $8 hr online...

its basically for person who needs stepping stone to go further in business without investing CASH - but yes person has to be ready to sacrifice TIME - or else they should not even consider joining the group.

Either you have money or time - Money we don't need :) :) :) , time we don't have so we need someone who has passion and willing to risk time..

Do not look for fix wages or instant money - have to have passion

If a person is passionate and has skills why should he prefer this job instead of a salary ?

You have to provide some reasons for a person to be interested .. like may be partnership , growth in company , a very high hourly rate (when working) or something ...

Sorry bud, but it's really hard to find someone for free that follows YOUR passion and priorities in his/her own time. Passion alone doesn't pay bills.

What you're looking for is a volunteer and/or an 'unpaid' intern. This is pretty straight. It doesn't gel well, despite of however noble your intentions may be.

Are the returns definite down the line? I mean, are you sure if the Project would succeed and in the end will make you enough money to compensate for the time that the Professional would pitch in. What if someone puts 100% and at the end it fails. Yes, Projects/Businesses/Ventures do fail. Don't want to sound pessimist, but for someone to work for free, there are too many 'ifs' and 'buts'.

Good luck, though. I am sure you will find someone.

By the way, been there done that. I developed some websites for one of my very close uncles who lives in States. He had quite a few thriving businesses few years ago. Not anymore, due to the 2008 recession. I spent quite a bit of my time for FREE. At the end, leave alone any compensation, I didn't even receive the appreciation for my work. The buck stopped there itself. Either money for my time/work, or b...bye!

That is the main thing here... someone has to have patience and at this moment on the forum i can't disclose more... no one is blind right ? people has to discover the opportunity, they see the plan , discuss it , think over it , they think it worth go for it ..or else say Bye bye

Business simply work on mutual benefits , no fools are there to work free unless they want to volunteer . We are not looking for volunteer nor we need laidback /lazy people :) :) :)

Now, let's not discuss further , if someone is interested to know then PM me, we will have meeting in person ...

Yes, if you have doubt and think this is scam , please ignore this topic
