I want to know that is there any availability of kolam rice here
Bcoz basmati to eat daily is not good for health,plz let me knw if we do get regular rice over here

Just visit the Indian stores. you will get some variery of rice.
I used to eat Sona Massori rice when I was in Toronto.
Even in Food Basics, you get different varities of rice like Uncle Benz Etc...
Not sure what Kolam rice is but you can get something close to that.

If you live in Toronto/GTA, you can get pretty much any kind of rice you want. If you live outside GTA, your choices would probably be limited.

At first glance at the topic of this thread, I thought you guys were talking about 'Richa Chaddha'. 
Later on, I tried to substitute 'Rice' with 'Richa' on the above RajCanada's comment, and couldn't control my laughter. It may be true.
