we moved to a basement this month the other tenant a single father who lives in the upper floor smokes a lot. the smoke comes through the heating vents to our rooms. we complained to the landlord and he is not serious abt this matter. we have plans to move to a condo. Is the heating system is same in condo as in houses? we will have the same issue in condos too?
