Hi
My sister is having some martial issue in Dubai, due to which, she is unable to take care of her kids in Dubai.
I would like to provide a safe and stable environment for the kids atleast.
Please can somebody tell me if i bring the kids on visitor visa, can they study in public schools. Can I homeschool them and can they give CBSE board exams from canada? Its only for a year till my sister stands on her foots and tries to stablize her financial and mental status.

Is there any way that I can call them on PR as soon as possible, both my sister and them? My sister is well qualified and can work anywhere to support herself, She just needs to get away from her husband and his tortures. Can somebody help me to understand the quick way we can atleast get the kids here and also support their education. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

I do understand what it is that you are trying to tell us all here. I do feel very sorry for your sister who is going through a real tough time in her life and I feel so sorry for the children who are suffering through this, at a location very far from where there is family support. You don't have to fear anything as there are people there who can help and take care of all of what it is that you want to get done there in a very short time.

Please call this number there and seek help immediately.. : The helpline, 800 111, is staffed 24 hours a day.

It will be cruel to separate the Mother from her Children and so, try and keep them together all through these trials and tribulations till she and the children reach a safe haven where she will feel safe and will regain her confidence once again. Not knowing the ages of the children and their level of education they are currently studying at, I will wait for you to provide most of the details later under this to take it to the next level.

Call her and reassure her that you are there to help and support her through this difficult times and ask her to keep in touch with you over the phone system.

Tell her to get all of her personal identity documents for travel and plan and take her to a place where there is family and support at hand. Also arrange for her travels after you assess the situation.

Our heart reaches out to you at this time of difficulty at a distant location, but for you here in Canada. Do keep us appraised if you so desire.

Best of luck.

Sorry to hear the trouble but why not head home? Wouldn't it be nice if whenever/wherever someone is in trouble can dial 1-800-number and migrate to Canada. Immigration and Urgently never co-exist. Wish your sister the best.

Try this link and inquire with the TDSB on this:

Or, may be go and talk to the School Boards to see if they have any such provision.
