One of the strongest partnerships the Meadowvale Library has is with the Newcomers
Information Centre (NIC). They staff the newcomer’s corner at the Meadowvale Library three days per week. NIC has served 795 clients since they first partnered with the Meadowvale Library in 2009. NIC has certified 171 documents as a “Commissioner of Oaths” at Meadowvale Library, a service that is provided without cost, saving our customers hundreds of dollars in Notary Public fees.
