Racism & discrimination in Canada is very subtle & under the radar . You won't even know what happened was racism & discrimination until later on.
This is right from being rejected at a job interview, to going looking for a rental apartment, to going shopping for a big ticket item like car, to going to a bank for a mortgage

You are not just borderline but you are embarrassing.
The very small % of MP's are just made to stand from places like Brampton,Surrey, Malton with a huge immigrant population to garner Immigrant votes, as these desis are a Vote bank in that area.
The same way some Chinese are made to stand from Markham, Scarborough, & some China towns in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal to garner the Chinese votes.
The same way Lalu Prasad Yadav & Mayawati stand in India to get Schedule Caste & OBC votes.
Once these few desis MP's get elected & used by white boys/grils like Justin Trudeau, Stephen Harper, Kathlyne Wynne to make use of the Immigrant Vote bank, they are discarded and just used as dummies & puppets in the government to show multi culturarism & to show ( fake ) the Government cares about immigrants .
These few desi MP's are a joke & do nothing for the desi immigrant population & their welfare. They just lick their White bosses boots, collect their nice MP pension & salaries, that's all.

Instead of giving some 0.01 % examples of some desis here & there. Why don't you give the examples of 99.99 % well educated desis working in McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Dominos Pizza delivery, Petro Canada Petrol pumps, Wal Mart cashiers etc ??

Actually the 99.99% are not unsuccessful. They are working hard and not collecting fraudulent welfare. The failures are the ones who spend all their time on the internet and troll folks. There is nothing wrong with earning an honest wage versus wallowing in self-pity and finding ways to steal from the system.

You have to work hard in Tim Hortons, McDonalds, factories, warehouses,pizza delivery,cab driver to make minimum wage. That's what the desi educated folks are doing. Thanks for making my point.
NDP is a joke of a party. Its a distant third party and is irrelevant. Just because some distant opposition third party chose some Sikh desi guy as a leader doesn't mean desi immigrants are working in their field.
