I am Nadiya, new student recently started my courses at Centennial college.
I am looking for accommodation (preferably a single room in a multi room condo). I should be OK to share a room provided there is a enough room.

I am not a big fan of basements.


Please contact me,
- If you have any such room available.
- If you are a student and looking for joining me to hunt an apartment.


Also please recommend if there are paying guests options available.

First get a detailed map of the area you want to choose. There is a google MAP with a STICKMAN that will let you know the location and the exterior look of the place. A few posters here who are renting the place to you will provide a picture of the room to provide what it looks like inside their premises. See if it is suitable to your liking.

A VISIT TO THE PLACE WILL BE WELL WORTH IT. ALSO THEY WANT TO SEE WHO IS RENTING THE ROOM. MAKE SURE YOU LIKE THE ROOM MATE TOO.

There are Single rooms also, slightly away from the Centennial College. Also a few Paying guest Accommodations too. Please search under the same. Make sure they are closer to your Campus, "Morningside" OR "Progress". If you like the walking distance, go for it.
