Dear Sir,
I am an indian citizen and applied for the permanent immigration to Canada from Kenya (Nairobi) office in Dec, 2000. I m computer programmer and applied from nairobi keeping in view the long Q in India. They asked for the new application Forms and submitted the same in Aug, 2003. But when i checked the e-client application status on the internet site of candian immigration it is being mentioned that " Permanent immigration application status is withdrawn and a decision has been made on your application and will you will be notified through mail." But since last 4 months neither i have got any mail and also the Nairobi office is not replying to the queries through fax or phone. I have not withdrawn the application then how they can do that to me.
i tried to contact them but in vain, . So please guide me where and whom should i contact to know the status of my applicaiton.

Senior desis please advice me.

This is serious. You should get a lawyer to write to them to get a proper answer. If you haven't withdrawn the application, it's either an error on their online system or someone withdrew for you.

further when my brother who is in canada ring nairobi office they told him that my case is transfered to india because in new rules a person can only apply from the country he lives in. but till date i have not received any official communication

Then you should follow up with New Delhi
