its stands for Association of Professional Engineers Ontario. I think its more relevent to the University Graduates who have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering.For a diploma holder i think registering with OACETT is more adviseble.its stands for Ontario Association for Certified Engineering Technoligsts and Technicans.

hi dear, i am interested in it but at this moment iam out of canada . yet i need to know that how many technical exams peo has assigned to you and on more thing i wan to share with u is that is it better to take peo exams or do masters from canada . ?

I have been put thru confirmatory exam program by PEO since i didnt face ERC committe interview which states i have to write 3 technical Exam + 1 complemetry studies exam for my credentials to reach as per PEO requirement within the span of 2years.I think if a person is really willing to study further and is below 30yrs age unmarried then its better to do masters degree as it wud have a definate advantage over bachelors degree and it might open avenues for someone planning to go to states too as the Masters Degree wud be recognized all over North America,Australia,UK,NewZealand.The the chances of job wud also be equally high as employers wud prefer canadian university Post graduate first.
