Is personal picture allowed ? 
I have found following, when click on "Please upload your picture here"
"You can upload pictures about Canada, Places, Nature etc. No personal pictures please. The supported formats are only JPEG and JPG"
See today's picture : Victory of the Day by binal

Infact I am at a loss to understand what does this pic signify (Victory of the day) - it simply shows a person in her (most probably) house.

And that is the reason why it is selected as Picture of Day eventhough it is a personal picture
Let us guess what is Victory of Day in that picture?
The clock shows 4.00 (It should be PM). It seems to be dark - it could be a winter day or it is a basement. The jacket suggest it should be little cold. And the smile?

Ok, I will make a wild guess
It is 4AM and all the things lying on the floor have finally been collected and put in the book case (though not very neatly) and there is nothign more on the floor - all after having a really hectic day with lots of guests in the house!

Picture on Jan09 & 11 where well taken by Kap?, it was a auto focus camera or SLR. Give feed back of the details if photographer can remember. esp Jan09 photo

Its SONY cybershot MP 3.1 and 3x Optical zoom (Digital Camera).

I have the same model. What was the setting, photograph with less light. Was it at auto or program? It came out very clear.
