Open a Swiss back account in Zurich and transfer the INR there and hold it in Euro.

Then take the Ferry to Monte Carlo and get the money wired to an offshore bank in the Grand Caymans.

Then take the flight to Caymans, convert the Euros to USD and fly back to Canada.

Convert the USD to CAD and you are all set !

Oh wait, you wanted a legitimate way.....lemme think now

I think we are stepping into dangerous territory discussing anything more about something like "hawala" on a public forum!!
Don't!
Delete Manasvi's post where he has asked about "hawala" and its working, unless Manasvi is interested in the law putting him in their crosshairs.

Hey Guys....!!
Finally I solved this problem ....
But as one of you told , I got worst exchange rate that is 40 INR for 1 CAD .. It's really hard to find someone who is ready to take INR in Canada..
Anyways at least now I am free from the heavy weight of INR

Man Watch out for this..........
In the Proof of fund section of CIC they have mentioned that amount more than CND 10000 braught in Canada has to be declared at the airport otherwise legal action will be taken. Be careful of getting INR 20 Lakhs = CND 54500 (approx.) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/skilled/qual-4.html Check, Disclosure of funds.
