Any recommendations on a good consultant in US who provide QA training and placement as well for qualified people .

Can a canadian citizen who had a prior history of applying for US Greencard be found eligible for TN?

Please elaborate...It depends on what stage in the GC process you had reached.

Say for example a person had earlier applied for I-485 (Adjustment of status)and later abandoned it . Will that have any consequences in applying for TN later, since the beneficiery already has a history of immigrant intent?

Yes, certainly it will have an (adverse) effect on the TN application, since the person has already expressed an immigrant intent. The person should try withdrawing the I-485 application formally, in order to eliminate/reduce that adverse effect.
