are you sure these engineers 'stuck' in GTA are ready to move ?

i doubt many won't .

i have seen many well qualified people living in GTA and complaining about no jobs and yet not prepared to explore outside of GTA

i have voiced my opinion earlier too that though GTA is the landing platform for most of us, one is better off to explore outside GTA and ontario for opportunities

even if the job is paying about the same as here in GTA, think of the benefits
-new place
--less competition
-cheaper rents
-chance to see real canada outside GTA
