i applied for quebec immigration from usa. i am here on a student visa and wanted to move to canada and quebec looked the only possible way. I got an interview call from quebec office on feburary 4th, 2004. I have said that i know basic french, which i dont know. If anyone can suggest anything, i will really appreciate that. do a small course in french. They WILL test your french.

dont know...maybe get some french self learning audio tapes perhaps? I would have no clue where to find courses in the US. You have to do research yourself.
As far as I know they do test your knowledge of french. One monh is too tight to do anything meaningfull. Theres always hope.

thanks a lot for the encouragement, i will try my best. I am going to learn the basic french as much i can do by my self. I am planning to learn numbers, alphabets and basic sentences so that i can conversate a little bit. i hope this will help. Can u also tell me in the worse scenario what happens. i will reallu appreciate that.
