I am a landed immigrant in Canada. Currently I am not in Canada but will come in Sept 2006.

I am software Consultant wanting to open my own corporation and work on Corp to Corp basis.

Does anyone know where I should start to open an corporation. Also how much does it cost to get incorporated.

There are several posts on this already. Search for "incorporating" or "corporation" and you'll find a few at least.
