Need help regarding printing PR card photos. Any suggestions for a cheaper place ? I found Walmart and Zellers expensive.

Typically, private photo studios can take PR photos. Look in the phone book and call up few. In Windsor, there is Lena Studios, owned by person of Pak origin. Does an excellent job taking pictures of all kinds - Canadian PR, visa, passport, US visa, immigration and passport. Charges $10 for 2 pics.

Having photos taken at a studio might be cheaper and foolproof (acceptable format) than trying to print and size up an already taken pic.
