Hello,
Can we used our Canadian Visa and Master Card in india For shopping and outing.? Is it okay and safe for use ? How the company will charge and any hidden charges for converting money to Canadian?

Yes you can use your canadian credit card in India.
I do not know about safety part. Thefts happen in both Canada and India relating to credit cards. Use only one credit card in India so that you can keep track.
You might not get a good exchange rate and some sort of service charges could be applied. You will have to check with the bank that issued your card for exchange rate + service charges, etc.
Some stores in India charge you extra if you pay by credit card.

These questions still keeps popping up again and again, may be due to increased theft. As Raj pointed out correctly these thefts happen irrespective of place.
The whole AMEX processing (real time)is done in India today. I have being using credit and debit card (since 98) since about 10 years now. I never had problems until now. Take usual precautions while entering or sharing info/PIN like you do here. Check VISA/AMEX/MC for their charges. I was charged $3.5/transaction for debit and the max limit was determined by the ATM there ( which was 25K INR).
