You are a CO-OP student and you will get to know the employers and the salaries that they offer to their employees at your work. Keep track of these figures and also see the leaders in the industry and the offers that they make to people with a few years of experience.

You being a new entrant and if you get to stay with the employer who is providing the co-op job and training, will enjoy a little bit of preference at that location and hang in there if they will let you stay with them.
