Comwave is overcharging on bills

G3 Telecomm is really a very good, honest , relaible & cheap company to call India.

Add it to your home or cell line.

Voice Over Internet Protocol is only good if their equipment is well tuned and maintained.

Most of them do and give you the credit and also make a note of their services and try and improve them. Some times you have to redial the numbers and it will show up in their records as a dropped connection. So, you are right in demanding a credit for such a call and the aggravation that goes with it. You should have answered them and got the credit when they were offering. You missed their calls. They did not want to lose you as a client. Your money is a cream on the top.

THEY know that you are now calling, because, the collection agency is on your back. Don't be afraid, now prepare a letter thoroughly with all of the dates and times and with the number of minutes that you called as you see it in their billing system.

After you prepare the same, see if you can attach the same to an e-mail and send it to the Better Business Bureau and let them also face the music at that end. That is the ONLY group of people they are afraid of and now you got them by their noo noos.

One thing you must remember is that you cannot open your front door and step out for less than THREE Dollars, just to get out. It costs the same to get back in. So, when ever you encounter a very small sum like FIVE BUCKS, cough up and bear it with a grin. If you delay it further, then you get into all kind of KARANGA and very deep into it and no where to go but get covered up with it.

I know I used to feel the same long time ago. But when I take it upon me, I write it down in very clear details and in Chronological order and explain to them that their services were NFG because of that. They always agree and gave me credit. But remember the only people that they are afraid of are BBB. So, tackle the current issues that you have through them also. They will bow down and also walk away without any demerit points.

G3 telecom has a monthly pre-paid plan. For $4.95 / monthly you get 500 minutes / month.

They currently have a promotion (until May 24th, 2015), pay for 2 monthly get 2 months free or pay for 6 months and get another 6 free. So for $33.56 you get 500 mins / month for 12 months.

Does G3 Telecom work as an app on wifi ??

I use Rebtel ..Deal to India is 200 minutes for $2 or 1 c/m ... I used it as an app on the smartphone and use it on wifi .

I buy 2-3 hello bolo cards and I get 8 hrs for each $5 card and I use each card for 3-4 months to call mom. Rest all relatives on watsapp so I call thm on watsapp or chat with thm. Skype/fb video call frnds and relatives. Thrill of global village. :)
