Seeking help from anybody who have experience with the following.

What is the Visa requirement for an Indian citizen, who is a
Permanent Resident of UK
Visiting USA
Planning to visit Canada by Road via Niagara from USA and going back to USA
and then back to UK.

Tried British High Commission & Indian Embassy in Canada.

Omantom.
You should contact the American embassy in the UK (by webside) for more information. You should get a US visa to enter USA. Also you have to apply to the Canadian embassy in the UK to get a Canadian visa to enter Canada from either the UK or USA.
It is your choice to apply to the embassy of your choice. Once you get your USA Visitor's visa then it should not be a problem for you to get a Canadian Visa (The reverse is not true).
Alternatively, if you have relatives in the USA, you can apply for Visitor's visa to Canada from USA. If you go to the embassy by person, then it is a one day affair.
Once you get USA and Canadian Visa, you can enter/ exit Canada from USA multiple times for the duration that is stamped on your passport (In Canada, it is normally 6 months).
