Google search trends show Pakistan, Egypt and India as the top three countries in the world where surfers look out for 'sex' on the Internet, and those in New Delhi and Chennai hold the top two rankings among global cities

People often go for what they do not have and which is scarce. It's a big deal in India, Pakistan and all the third world countries, so they browse for it. While, on the other hand in the Western countries having a sex is no big deal between unmarried couples.

So, it's quite natural for those countries to explore what they do not get easily...

I did read somewhere once though that ..that which is repressed ..makes one obsessed..or something. Why is it that in a Western country where it appears that sexual liasons are no big deal... women are stll likely to be less sexually harrased (openly)...whereas countries like India..whereas conservative cultures forbid dating etc, women are sexually harrased more?

that was a rhetorical question.

Imagine though..if these countries were more laisse faire about Sex.
