I feel it is the right time to decide on your own rather considering others opinion! As others said, if you have same energy, enthu, positive attitude WHEN you applied, then go ahead! In my opinion, those who are non IT professionals, they are ready to face any problems, anywhere in the world at any point of time. Wait! Falling USD will teach IT pros(from asian countries sucessfully working in US) FROM developing countries in the coming days & months! Please talk to non IT & engineers, those who have migrated, and try your luck. Or please adopt yourself for the ongoing changes in India & grab opportunities if you get.
