I believe there are other threads on this where people have written about their experience before citizenship judges.
Basically, once you are before a judge, he/she has the authority to accept or reject your application regardless of how many days you can prove you were physically present in Canada.
I believe there are cases where people have been granted citizenship even if they have not completed 1095 days(but something quite close).
Basically it is at the judge's discretion.
I think at all these citizenship test centres, they repeatedly state that if you are selected to be seen by a citizenship judge, the wait could be upto a year.
