I had similar situation and was sent many times out of country but decided to waite longer instead and did not have to rely on those days. So not sure.

Here is the main thing why I did not apply with days absent for my Canadian employer:
A friend of mine applied considering the absent days will be counted. However, the case took exceptionally longer than if he would have waited and completed his normal time and then applied so I waited and did not rely on counting the days spent outside.
Best of luck

since you have been sent by your Canadian employer you are eleiglible for those 200 days to be considered as resident in canada.

Though your PR obligation is satisfied by your being out of Canada for a Canada based employer , the citizenship eligibility is not satisfied which is 1095 days of physical presence .

Not true, this helps to maintain your PR but not for citizenship. For citizenship you need 1095 days physical presence. If the process is longer and with too many papers than its better to wait for few more months and apply later.
