Hey Guys,

My current status is permanent resident of Canada.

Can I count my days for citizenship while I am living in US as a student??

I checked for the same kind of question but didnt find any. I will appreciate your reply. Coz one of my cousin got his citizenship while he was living in Kalamazoo,MI and getting his pharmacy degree.

This has been answered many times. I am sure there are people who have managed to successfully cheat the system but the the answer is NO.

The only thing a overseas student status gives is immunity against losing PR for lack of residency days..
