Hi CD s,
I would like to have some advice on the education of my children. We are planning to land in May 09 and return since according to advice of many CD s the job situation is not at all good currently in Canada. My elder son shall be completing 2 semesters in an NIT in India. My younger son is completing his 10th grade CBSE. We are planning to return back to Canada for good in 2010 or 2011 based on the economic situation then.
1. Will there be any problem in getting admission to College/university for Commerce/Finance after doing 12 th grade from out of Canada even though a PR?
2. If we leave our elder one to complete engg from NIT India, will we face problem with PR renewal since he might have to stay almost 3 years or more after landing. Is there any exemption for students on this 730 days residence in 5 years?
