Well, I have never heard of it, or does it really exist? Citizenship test is scheduled as per your Citizenship file priority/queue. Do you mean a practice Citizenship test? If you do, it might be available on your City Library website, or you can contact them in person for practice tests.
Please try this:

Hope it helps.
I /have/ heard of this before, but not sure exactly how it works.
I have also heard that this doesn't speed up the citizenship process in any way - the end to end time is still about the same.

Its called the Kolbe Group. They charge $40 per person, conduct classes for 1 day for/ week for 5 weeks, help you fill the application, book the appointment for the test. On the day of the test you will submit the application and take the test. Hope this helps. Search for Koble Group and you will get more info. They are associated with Adult Education.
Thanks krisc
