Can anyone guide me in the right direction / suggestions.

I need the following done as requested by another embassy for my birth certificate.

"The birth/marriage/death certificate issued by the municipality first needs to be attested by the District Magistrate or district Commissioner of the city concerned, then by the Home Department / General Administration Department of the Government of the State concerned and finally with the apostille of the Government of India.

At the Ministry of External Affairs (Patiala House, Tilak Marg, Attestation Cell, Gate N° 1, NEW DELHI), the document to be attested with the apostille may be submitted between 9h30 and 12h00, with a Postal-Order of Rs. 50/- (fifty) only."

I being in Canada is not possible to have the document executed, they need someone in India to do the same. Does anyone know of any kind of service from Canada which will do the same for me!
