What is the best field to get educated in to make a decent living, My brother has a background in ITbut has been doing managment job (HR related) since the past 4 years. He is now bits and pieces in both fields.

Would it be recommended in your (all) opinoin for him to get educated in HR or would you think he should get back to IT. or is there some field out there that could compuned his education and expereince into a totally different field.

The establishment he is deployed at is declining in terms of business and we are wondering what be the best academic move for him to compliment his experience and add some edge to his resume keeping market demand in mind (while keeping recession in mind at the same time).
