I will suggest you Memorial University, as the cost for you an International student to study there is lowest as compared to all other universities in Canada.

The cost is low because of government freeze on tuition fees from year 1999.

Raj - so you want to come to Canada for your masters, right? No one can give you an accurate answer to your question. Words such as "moderate", "reasonable" "average" etc are very relative, and mean different things to different people. If on the other hand you said " I have a budget of say X dollars for my masters", then fellow desis could do some research and suggest a relatively inexpensive place to pursue your dream.

No offense meant, but it is always a good idea not to abbreviate your words or write words that don't exist in the English dictionary (like "dis" for "this" or "frens" for "friends";). Also it might help to use "spell-check" before you post a message on any forum. Use of grammatically correct English gives you more respectability among peers and others on this site.

Hope this helps.
