I got my test date for Sept 28th but they sent a form (not the official Residence questionaire, just an excel form somebody made up themselves) asking for residence / employment history from Jan 2005 onwards. I applied in May 2009 so technically they can only go back 4 years prior to that, which is May 2005 so not sure why the idiots asked for history from Jan 2005 onwards, but we'll see.

Has anybody had the same form sent to them? Did that delay the application in any way?

We sent you a notice on August 18, 2010 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on September 2, 2010.

You became a Canadian citizen on September 2, 2010.

They had sent a letter asking for photocopies of ID proof submitted in January this year. I believe this is part of the normal time period which they take to verifiy applications. However may get delayed if you take longer than normal to reply.

If you reply within the normal period ie the time they ask you to give your reply by , you should be fine.-

This is what I have on my file online and I am waiting. My colleague who is from some East European country got passport already last month and that person applied after me.
