Hello,
Can anyone suggest a place to get an OCI picture taken for an infant, preferably in Toronto, Etobicoke or near the Don Mills VFS (Eglington and Don Mills).
We had submitted pictures for our baby but they were rejected because of shadow. We'd like to go to a photographer who is familiar with the requirements of the OCI. It's difficult with an infant to go out in this weather...so don't want to do it too many more times!
Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
You should try Sears or Wal-Mart Portrait Studios as they usually have experience with handing babies and toddlers. They also do passport photographs, OCI photographs, etc. Take a printout of the specifications to them.
