Hi Friends,
My daughter a canadian citizen, is living in India after her marriage, she has her new name (last name) after her marriage , she is working in India and paying Income tax there on her new identity, how should we or what should we inform these development to CCRA here, so as to keep her record straight for any moves in future, and as regards her tax filing here? any suggestions and or recomendations welcome.

Please read from this http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/nnrsdnts/cmmn/rsdncy-eng.htmlhttp://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/nnrsdnts/cmmn/rsdncy-eng.html and get her residency status determined from CRA. You will get most of the answers here. Still, if any other information is required, you can call CRA directly and find out as it would be the best source.
