Hi everyone,
Thinking about moving self and family to St. Catharines by year end. Needed advise on places to stay, neighbourhoods, car insurance rates, job prospects etc. Main reasons of moving is planning to buy house soon, want to live in comparatively smaller community unlike GTA, good schooling for kids and in general slower pace of life(if it makes any sense).

Sorry about generalizing things like this, just wanted feedback from fellow desis, any advice, pros and cons etc.
