i have received email asking medicals and Pcc for my parents. I submitted file in Aug 2008. CIC asked for some IMM forms in Nov 2011 which I submitted in Jan 2012. Than i received a letter sometime in march that says my file moved to Ottawa. And few days back I got email for medicals and PCC.

Just an update for people seeking information
