Most of you expert have suggested investing in Land, Gold...

As of now exchange rate is very good so I am thinking to convert some CAD into INR and take advantage of interest rate in Indian bank. I do not have NRE or NRO account so I have to invest in saving account in India at least for now.

Can someone guide me whether this is a wise decision or not. I do not have big fund so for me buying LAND is not possible.

Also I am not much clear how to get money back in CAD. I know that I can do bank or UAE or some exchange transfer but not clear on tax which I need to pay. Can someone guide me on this.
